HELP FOR OHIO HOMEOWNERS FACING FORECLOSURE

Dear Medina County Residents,

We need only turn on the television at night to hear that the foreclosure situation continues to escalate.  There are many reasons ranging from situations where people lost their jobs and could no longer pay the mortgage to those that have been used by unethical lending institutions who have escalated payments over and over.  Whatever the cause, the bottom line is that across the country, including Medina County, families are in trouble and need help.

For some, the help comes by way of a new job or selling the house and paying off the debt.  For others there are no easy ways out.   We are getting an increasing number of calls from homeowners who are at their wits' end to find a solution.  This has prompted me to have some of my staff begin attending state meetings about foreclosure.  They have learned a lot and continue learning all the time.

As a result of a great deal of research, I have partnered with an organization named ESOP (Empowering and Strengthening Ohio's People).  They have signed agreements with many of the biggest lenders and can negotiate for you.  THERE ARE NO CHARGES.  One of my deputy auditors, Denise, has been trained by ESOP.  Denise can make an appointment to and talk with you and give you some "next steps" that may help you steer through these muddy waters and find some direction on what would work for you.

There is a secret to this, however.  That secret is to tackle the problem as fast and as aggressively as possible.  Don't wait until you have missed several payments. The minute you know you are headed for trouble, call my office.  We will set up an appointment with Denise and begin helping you deal with your problems.  There ARE answers in many cases---but the faster you deal with the problem, the better the chances are that you will find a solution.

Call my office at one of the numbers below and ask for Denise.  She will set up an appointment for you.  There are no costs for our services.  Why not call and see if we can help?
