Kovack stated, "Every year we are so impressed with
the creativity and professionalism of the designs the
students produce. It is always very difficult to
select the top two, especially with the diversity of seal
designs this year. All the entrants should be
congratulated for their work. It was
outstanding! The students' teachers deserve great
praise. Their commitment to the education and training of
their students is an integral part of the success of
those students."
