Quit Claim Deed (.pdf) A written document transferring ownership of land, and the buildings thereon, to another person or persons in which the owner passes on all the rights he possesses on his property to the purchaser.

Survivorship Deed (.pdf) This type of deed defines the interest obtained by the grantees who become owners of real property and, upon the death of any such person, places the interest of the decedent in the survivor.

 

The Medina County Recorder's Office requires document margins to be:

• First Page - 3" from top, 1" from all other sides
• Additional Pages - 1.5" from top, 1" from all other sides

Recording fees are the same for both 8.5" x 11" and 8.5" x 14" documents.
